This is a second demo project, included so the preview shows more than one type of work. It covers a commercial change of use: taking a Class E unit (shops, offices and similar) and converting it to homes, which is a common route in town centres.
A real entry would set out the planning history, the change-of-use case, and how the design balances daylight, access and the existing building. As with every project, the architect writes and updates this through the browser editor.

Text description of the layout, so the drawing is not image-only: the
former retail floor is divided into two one-bedroom apartments, each with
a living and kitchen space to the front and a bedroom and bathroom to the
rear. A shared entrance hall keeps the street frontage intact.
